You are invited to share your passion or interest and start a new small group. You do this by inviting at least two other people to join you for a scheduled time. Those people can be members of St. Ansgar’s and/or neighbors, relative, friends.
Some examples of possible small groups that we have offered in the past are groups that hiked or golfed or those that cooked together or made cards together.
We are thankful for those who are willing to lead small groups in our church. Some start and they are so much fun, they just keep going: Knitting, Quilters, Walking, Book Club, Bowling, Fantasy Football and the Concert series to name a few.
We invite you to lead the way in growing friendships and meaning here at St. Ansgar’s

St. Ansgar’s Choir
Do you love to sing? Do you sing in the High School Choir? Do you play an instrument?
Please consider singing with St. Ansgar’s Choir for the Christmas season. We currently are working on our Christmas Cantata. Please join us on Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:10 PM to practice for the Cantata.
No long term commitment, just join us for the Wednesdays before Christmas. We will sing the Cantata on Sunday, December 16th at the 9:30 AM Church Service. We are in need of all voice ranges, especially tenor, bass and soprano. We are looking forward to having many voices to sing God’s word to all.
We also are interested in anyone who plays any type of instrument who is willing to play with the choir or to play a solo as special music.
We want to expand our Music Ministry here at St. Ansgar’s to include a wider variety of music that includes traditional, contemporary praise and gospel.
If you are interested or have questions please contact Cindy Hayward at 263-7374.
